The Department of International Cooperation and Projects is pleased to announce a new cooperation agreement for medical faculty, signed with the University of Ioannina in Greece. The scope of cooperation includes the mobility of lecturers within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

The University of Ioannina is a top-ranked university located in the region of Epirus, offering is comprehensive and includes the Humanities, the Social Sciences, Sciences, Education, Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences, Economics, Informatics, Agriculture and Performing Arts. It awards Bachelor, Master’s and Ph D. degrees. Post-doctoral research is also conducted. It is a research-oriented institution, yet the students follow carefully designed courses of study and receive individual attention. Unique facilities permit for flexibility in organization and provide students with room, board, as well as health care in one campus, along with teaching. The University can also organize language and culture courses should students or faculty wish to delve more into Greek culture during their stay.
