Eulalia Adasiewicz holds a PhD in Humanities in the field of History of Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Preschool Education Pedagogy. She has extensive professional experience as a teacher and has served as the director of both a preschool and a primary school.

She is currently an assistant professor at SAN University, where she teaches courses in early childhood pedagogy, theories of early childhood education, and specialized teaching methodologies at the preschool and early school education level. Her teaching practice combines extensive hands-on experience working with children with a strong theoretical background.

Her main research interest focuses on the transformation of psychological knowledge about learning, teaching, and upbringing processes into the field of pedagogy.

She serves as an expert in the Erasmus+ project VR4Gifted.

Katarzyna Wypiorczyk-Przygoda, PhD

Katarzyna Wypiorczyk-Przygoda is a specialist in care and educational pedagogy. Her research interests include upbringing in care and welfare institutions, as well as andragogy, gerontology, and biographical research, with a particular focus on the educational pathways of adults.

She has experience working with both children and adults, applying modern educational and teaching methods in practice.

She serves as an expert in the Erasmus+ project ARTinLAN.

Agata Matuszewska-Kubicz, PhD

Agata Matuszewska-Kubicz holds a PhD in Economic Sciences and is an organizational psychologist, career advisor, and trainer of psychosocial competencies. She is a graduate of the University of Lodz, the KRT Trainer School (Level I), and the SET Academy of Coaching.

She currently works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz and as an entrepreneurship advisor at the University of Lodz Career Office. For over a decade, she has conducted training and consultancy in the areas of soft skills, career planning, and entrepreneurship.

Her professional interests include human resources in the labour market, employer branding, entrepreneurship, and organisational psychology.

She serves as an expert in the Erasmus+ project MENTORme.

Małgorzata Klimka-Kołysko, PhD

Małgorzata Klimka-Kołysko is a psychologist, career advisor, and trainer of social and personal competencies. She is an academic lecturer with over 10 years of experience in higher education. Her research and publications focus primarily on issues related to work and organisational psychology.

She has collaborated with international experts within EU-funded projects such as From School to Career: Career Guidance Methodology Using the Career Path Test (CPT), ProHear – Communication Without Barriers, and FLOURISH – Building Organisational Innovation. She has also co-authored national programmes in career and educational guidance for all educational stages, as well as training programmes for teachers and career counsellors.

She serves as an expert in the Erasmus+ project ACCESS IT.

Anna Staszewska, PhD 

Anna Staszewska, PhD, is an academic lecturer, trainer, and consultant. She is the author of scientific publications focused mainly on risk management and the development of the silver economy in Poland.

She is a member of the implementation team working on the “Black Spot Method” – an innovative approach to comprehensive risk management in healthcare. For over 10 years, she has been developing her expertise in management sciences, particularly in strategic management, change management, and risk management.

She collaborates with higher education institutions in the development of study programmes and in the coordination and implementation of both national and international projects, including InterDoktorMen, Akademia SME, and Project MEDICE.

Her practical experience and academic knowledge also extend to cooperation with the private sector, where she provides training and consultancy in change management, risk management, human resources, and organisational development.

She serves as an expert in the Erasmus+ project DI2LEARN.

Maciej Dębski, PhD

Maciej Dębski, PhD, holds a doctoral degree in Economic Sciences in the field of management. He is a specialist in marketing and tourism management. He is the author and co-author of books such as “Creating a Strong Brand”, “Tourism Policy”, and “Brand as a Source of Competitiveness in the Tourism Industry”, as well as dozens of academic publications published in Poland and abroad.

His research and professional interests focus on the use of marketing tools in management and tourism. He currently works at SAN University, where he serves as Managing Director of the Warsaw branch and Head of the Department of Tourism and Marketing. In the past, he also served as Rector of the University of Social and Economic Sciences in Warsaw, responsible for the institution’s development strategy.

He serves as a subject matter expert in the Erasmus+ project Access IT.

Katarzyna Wodniak, PhD

Katarzyna Wodniak, PhD, is an assistant professor at SAN University and an honorary research fellow at Trinity College Dublin (Ireland). She completed her PhD in Sociology at Trinity College Dublin.

Her main research interests focus on the sociology of organisations, migration, and intercultural relations. In addition to her academic experience, she has professional background working with immigrants through the Polish Embassy in Dublin and various non-governmental organisations in Ireland. Her activities included advocacy for migrants, designing and delivering training programmes, and organising cultural events.

She serves as a subject matter expert in the Erasmus+ project DIGITALROUTES@CULTURE.

Waleed Serhan, PhD

Waleed Serhan, PhD, is an assistant professor at SAN University in Warsaw. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Glasgow.

His current research focuses on immigrants and museums, as well as the relationship between social movements and cultural institutions. Previously, he has been involved in several research projects concerning ethnic relations, refugees, interculturality, social movements, museums, and nation-building.

He has also taught sociology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He serves as a subject matter expert in the Erasmus+ project ESTET.

Adam Bednarek, PhD

Adam Bednarek, PhD, is a project manager, communication specialist, and experienced academic researcher. He was raised in Canada, which makes him bilingual, with both English and Polish functioning as his native languages.

His academic background includes dialectology, translation studies, language variation, and intercultural communication. He has also taught phonetics and phonology, general and cultural linguistics, combining both theoretical and practical approaches to language studies. His teaching experience further includes courses on political discourse, media discourse, sociolinguistics, and international studies.

Throughout his academic career, he has conducted extensive research on dialects, with a particular focus on Canadian English, and has published widely in this area. He has also lectured in intercultural communication and international relations.

He has successfully implemented several EU-funded projects and is currently focused on integrating academic curricula with labour market needs. He serves as the Institutional Erasmus+ Coordinator.

Krzysztof Ćwiertniewski

Krzysztof Ćwiertniewski, PhD in Arts, is a multimedia artist and academic researcher. In 2012, he graduated with distinction from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He defended his doctoral dissertation, “E-project, Dynamic Images”, based on lenticular printing techniques, in 2018.

He works across multiple artistic media, including graphic design, photography, installation, and film. His artistic practice often explores the intersection of art and science, with a particular focus on light, colour, and materiality.

He is the recipient of more than 30 national and international awards and distinctions, and has participated in over 50 group exhibitions and more than 10 solo exhibitions. His recent work explores neon technology, with his latest exhibition at the Oranżeria Gallery reflecting these artistic investigations.

He serves as a subject matter expert in the Erasmus+ project smartAInnovators.

Katarzyna Pośpieszyńska, MA

Katarzyna Pośpieszyńska holds a Master’s degree in Philology, specialising in specialised translation at the Faculty of Applied Linguistics, University of Warsaw. She has been an English language teacher and academic lecturer for over a decade.

Her professional interests focus on the methodology of teaching English as a foreign language. She combines linguistic expertise with extensive teaching experience in higher education and language instruction.

She serves as a subject matter expert in the Erasmus+ project LEXIS.
