About the Department
The Structural Projects Office was established to secure funding from Structural Funds, in cooperation with all organisational units of SAN University, for activities aimed at strengthening the University’s development in key strategic areas.
Throughout its operation, the Office has developed, implemented, and delivered dozens of projects, primarily co-financed by the European Social Fund.
Key responsibilities of the Structural Projects Office include:
- identifying external funding sources aligned with the University’s statutory mission and development strategy,
- initiating projects in cooperation with University authorities,
- preparing project documentation and coordinating implementation in collaboration with relevant organisational units,
- cooperating with managing and intermediary institutions during project negotiation, funding agreements, and full project lifecycle management,
- preparing periodic reports on applications submitted, funding awarded, and financial and substantive progress of implemented projects,
- ensuring project implementation in compliance with national and EU legislation, in cooperation with University units and funding agreements.
