Course description
The Management Field at the SAN University in Warsaw provides students with the opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in management sciences and complementary fields such as economics, law, and finance. The curriculum focuses on diagnosing and solving problems within organizations, both locally and internationally. It also emphasizes the ability to effectively analyze transformations occurring in businesses in economic and psychosocial dimensions.
The program, based on American educational standards, aims to develop creative and analytical thinking, project and business plan creation, strategic marketing planning and implementation, as well as both external and internal organizational communication skills.

The Bachelor’s degree programme in Management at SAN in Warsaw is designed in line with current trends in management studies and the needs of the modern labour market. The programme responds to rapidly changing socio-economic conditions, and the internationalisation of the teaching process, the expansion of courses taught in English, and the integration of research with teaching enable students to develop analytical, research and social skills. The educational concept also supports the development of ethical, social and cultural awareness, preparing students to function responsibly in a modern organisational and international environment.
The Bachelor in Management program is a three-year, on-campus program conducted in accordance with international teaching standards—based on the American educational model. Thanks to CEEMAN IQA accreditation, the program combines a solid theoretical foundation with practical skills that will be useful in managing a global business. The program prepares you to tackle a wide range of challenges: from diagnosing and solving problems within organizations, through economic and psychosocial analysis, to developing innovative marketing strategies—both locally and internationally.
You will learn to think creatively and analytically, implement projects and business plans, plan marketing activities, and conduct effective internal and external communication. The program includes courses across a wide range of disciplines: economics, law, finance, ethics, culture, marketing, accounting, and quality management. Admissions for the Bachelor’s degree programme in Management
Applicants wishing to enrol on the first-cycle degree programme in ‘Management’ are required to submit a school-leaving certificate; the results of the following exams are taken into account: modern language (level B1) and mathematics. If an exam in a given subject was taken at two levels, the higher score is taken into account. Preference is given to candidates holding a secondary school leaving certificate with distinction and winners of subject-based competitions and/or contests. Admission to the programme is determined by the number of qualification points obtained in the admissions process, taking into account marks in the specified subjects. The list of candidates eligible for admission to the ‘Management’ programme is drawn up in order of the points obtained in the admissions process, in accordance with the planned admission quotas.

The “International Business Management” specialization is designed for students interested in how organizations operate in an international business environment and in pursuing a career in global management structures. The specialization program provides students with knowledge in the areas of international business management, economic cooperation, and the functioning of companies and economies in today’s global market. Students acquire competencies related to the analysis of business processes in an international environment, intercultural management, building business relationships, and conducting negotiations in a multinational setting. The program also develops analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, preparing students to critically assess international business issues and create innovative solutions in a rapidly changing economic environment. The specialization is conducted in English, allowing students to develop language skills and preparing them for work in both domestic and international organizations. Graduates of the specialization are prepared to perform managerial and specialized tasks in companies operating in both domestic and international markets.

The “E-Business & Digital Marketing” specialization addresses the needs of the modern business environment, where digital technologies, the Internet, and online communication play a key role. The specialization program combines management knowledge with the practical application of modern digital tools and technologies that support organizational operations. Students acquire the skills needed to plan and implement digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, online communication, and promotional activities using search engines. The curriculum also covers topics related to customer data analysis, modern technologies, and organizational digital transformation processes. The specialization is taught in English and prepares students for work in public and private sector organizations, particularly in areas related to digital marketing, e-commerce, online communication, and the use of digital tools in business management and development processes.
