The SAN University in Łódź serves as the primary academic institution of the University, having been founded in 1994. Until the conclusion of 2011, the institution was known as the Social University of Entrepreneurship and Management. The university's acquisition of an additional right to confer doctoral degrees led to its designation as an Academy, a status bestowed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The new name of the University is intended to preserve continuity, while covering a wide range of fields in which education is provided. In accordance with its mission, promoted values, and vision for the future, the SAN University in Łódź focuses its efforts on the development of four areas: education, scientific and research activities, creating good relations with the environment, and shaping a friendly academic environment. The institution currently offers first- and second-cycle studies as well as uniform master's studies. The university also offers doctoral seminars, postgraduate studies, MBAs, and organizes numerous courses and training programs covering a wide range of topics. For several decades, the SAN University has also been offering distance learning programs, i.e., SAN ON-LINE.

The branch of the SAN University in Bełchatów was established in 2010. The decision to establish a new branch in Bełchatów was informed by a comprehensive analysis of the prevailing socio-economic conditions in the region, which identified a clear need for enhanced educational opportunities. Nevertheless, the primary objective of the SAN University in Bełchatów was to establish a student-friendly university that would offer modern education while maintaining the highest quality standards. In the execution of its pedagogical mission, the branch fosters a set of academic principles, including an approach characterized by transparency and credibility toward students and personnel, a commitment to truth and justice, and a dedication to providing a superior educational experience and promoting scientific research. Presently, the Bełchatów branch provides educational opportunities at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the discipline of Management.

The SAN University branch in Ostrów Wielkopolski was established in April 2000. The center was created with the local community in mind, to provide higher education and ensure that students have the right conditions to acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies with an emphasis on the practical dimension of education. An important aspect is to expand cooperation with the socio-economic environment in order to educate in accordance with the needs of the local labor market.  Currently, the branch in Ostrów Wielkopolski offers practical education at the first and second cycle of studies in the field of Management. Graduates of the Branch find jobs very quickly after graduation, and additionally have internships in places where the knowledge and practice they have acquired will be useful in their future professional work.

The SAN University in Szczecinek is a constituent institution of the University of Łódź. The establishment of the entity in question occurred in 2007, and it has since become an integral part of the image of the city and the county. It is noteworthy as one of the first and longest-running universities in Szczecinek. The initiative to establish a branch of the SAN University in the city was pioneered by County Administrator Krzysztof Lis, in collaboration with Sławomir Elegańczyk, the current coordinator of the university. The impetus for this initiative was to facilitate educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged working individuals who, due to the considerable geographical distance from academic centers, were otherwise unable to pursue formal studies. Over the course of its nearly 20-year operational history, the branch has undergone two significant changes. Firstly, it has undergone a name change, having initially been known as the Social College of Entrepreneurship and Management. Secondly, it has undergone a relocation. The SAN University in Szczecinek is methodically enhancing and broadening its educational program to appeal to a diverse student body. The institution offers a comprehensive array of initiatives and discounts, including fairs, joint excursions, and academic gatherings. The branch can boast of nearly 2,000 graduates who have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree. The institution's collaboration with distinguished academic personnel positions the Social Academy of Sciences among the leading universities in the region.

The SAN University center in Świdnica was established in 2008. The establishment of this branch was initiated in conjunction with the development of enterprises within the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The faculty was developed in response to the community's need to raise the level of education in the region. The opportunity was available for students to pursue academic education in close proximity to their place of residence and work. A considerable proportion of the teaching staff possesses practical experience, which enhances the quality of the instructional sessions. The merits of the SAN branch in Świdnica are manifold. It has been operational for nearly 20 years, has produced over 1,500 first- and second-cycle graduates, and boasts a highly qualified academic and teaching staff.

The Branch Campus of the Social University of Entrepreneurship and Management in Zduńska Wola was established in 2007 and subsequently converted into a branch of the SAN University in Zduńska Wola. The establishment of the university in Zduńska Wola was a response to the evident needs of the local community and the regional labor market. Specifically, the program was designed to cater to professionally active individuals seeking to enhance their education and skills. The faculty's founders sought to ensure that residents had convenient access to educational opportunities without the need for extensive commuting to larger cities. The center in Zduńska Wola is among the select few that possess its own banner.
