Cooperation with the socio-economic environment

A pivotal function of the Social Academy of Sciences is to cultivate multifaceted collaborations with the socio-economic milieu, meticulously monitoring prevailing trends and perceptions concerning economic shifts. The primary domain of collaboration with academic institutions and economic entities pertains to the development of educational content, particularly at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. This development is conducted in close consultation with relevant business sectors to ensure that the educational experience offered is aligned with current industry standards and needs. A key objective of this collaboration is to ensure that the education of future graduates is as practical as possible, complemented by the integration of internships and apprenticeships into study programs. These initiatives are designed to equip students with the requisite professional experience and skills to be competitive in their respective fields. The University's strategic collaboration with the socio-economic environment ensures that students and graduates of the Social Academy of Sciences acquire knowledge and skills that align with the demands of both the international and local labor markets.

The Academy employs numerous practitioners who conduct workshops and laboratories, thereby preparing students for specific responsibilities and practical tasks in their future professional work. In the classroom setting, students engage in the analysis of authentic case studies and the development of research and implementation projects tailored to specific companies that maintain collaborative relationships with SAN. Frequently, the strategies developed in such projects are implemented by companies. SAN offers a variety of educational programs. These programs are not only developed in collaboration with a given company, but they are also customized to meet the specific requirements of a particular company or industry. Consequently, students and recent graduates acquire the practical skills necessary to function effectively in a specific institution.

One of the most significant responsibilities of the Office is to facilitate collaboration between the Social Academy of Sciences and entities from the socio-economic environment. The Office is responsible for initiating cooperation processes with socio-economic partners, learning about their needs and expectations, and enabling effective cooperation with individual departments operating within the Social Academy of Sciences.
