« back...A university as agile as a business. How does the SAN Business Council support the development of student startups?

December 2020 | Warsaw

The modern economy abhors a vacuum and demands an immediate response to change. Traditional universities often struggle to adapt quickly to new realities. The Social Academy of Sciences breaks this mold by operating with the same flexibility as the private sector. Instead of delaying, we are dynamically introducing new frameworks for cooperation with the business community.

During the December meeting of the SAN Business Council, the development of entrepreneurship among young people became a key topic.

 Practical Business Incubation

We don’t teach business solely from textbooks. Our goal is to create an environment where students’ ideas can flourish. In collaboration with industry professionals, we identify the current challenges facing young companies today.

As part of the Business Council’s work, we focus on:

  • Creating unique support mechanisms for student startups.

  • Providing opportunities to incubate original business ventures.

  • Preparing young entrepreneurs for the real-world demands of the market and investors.

SAN students gain access to expert knowledge. They interact with people who have successfully built their own businesses. This valuable experience gives them a huge advantage right at the start of their professional careers.
