Managing a generation raised in the digital age, the smart implementation of artificial intelligence, and financing innovation are the biggest challenges facing employers today. Representatives of our Business Council participated in the meetings of the Łódź Regional Council for the Industry of the Future. There, we met with local market leaders, technology clusters, and investors to develop a common position on these issues.
The exchange of experiences focused on key business issues:

- Motivating employees and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Securing repayable and non-repayable funding for technology investments.
- Real opportunities and risks associated with Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
From Discussion to Action
For the SAN University, participation in such initiatives has a strictly practical dimension. The insights gained from meetings with the small and medium-sized enterprise sector and large corporations serve as our primary guide. They allow us to continuously update our educational offerings. As a result, our workshops and lectures address the real needs of employers, and graduates leave the university with skills ready to be applied in the modern economy.
