Required documents:
1.Documents confirming education and (if applicable) diploma supplement
2.Passport (for reference)
3.Photo for ID card in size 35mm x 45 mm (width x height)
4.Document confirming legalization of stay in Poland
5.Confirmation of payment of enrollment fee
6.Confirmation of payment of the first installment of tuition fees
7.Certificate from an occupational physician in case of application to medical faculties
8.Sickness or accident insurance policy for the period of education in Poland or European Health Insurance Card
  Additional documents (if applicable):
9.Parental statement of consent for a minor to study
10.Power of attorney (if documents are submitted through a third party)

Certificate or diploma of graduation issued in EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine or China*
IB and EB baccalaureate degree
Nostrified diploma of graduation issued in countries other than EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine

*applies to Gaozhong certificate only

2.Sworn translation of all documents in a language other than Polish
3.Certificate of proficiency in the language of study at the level of min. B2 (according to the list from the regulation of the Ministry of Education)
4.Document confirming legalization of stay in Poland
5.Apostille or legalization

Confirmation of passing the entrance exam conducted by the SAN University

Applies only to enrollment in bachelor's degree or single master's degree prog

 

Certificate issued in countries other than those indicated above
Graduation diploma issued in countries other than those indicated above, not subject to nostrification
