An entrepreneur and manager with over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Managing Director of CM PRO sp. z o.o., owner of the Chersky Marketing brand — a marketing agency serving companies in regulated sectors. In his day-to-day work, he focuses on integrating marketing, sales and customer service processes.
He specialises in working with companies in the legal and financial sectors — industries where every piece of content published online must be both legally compliant and understandable to the average customer.
He is drawn to the idea that marketing, sales and customer service form a single ecosystem that determines the customer’s trust — particularly important in industries where trust is built over years but can be lost in a single interaction.
Before setting up his own agency, he was responsible for sales and marketing at one of Poland’s largest credit brokerage firms for many years, where he built a team from a handful of people to over 50 specialists. This experience allows him to view the market from two perspectives: as someone who sold financial products directly to customers, and as someone who now helps companies in the same industry to sell their products.
As a business practitioner, he is keen to share his knowledge — he delivers lectures, runs workshops and provides mentoring for entrepreneurs and young professionals starting out in marketing and sales. He is an active member of the ‘1% Ahead’ mastermind group — a group of entrepreneurs working on the continuous improvement of their professional skills in the spirit of the kaizen philosophy.
In his private life, he is a father of three. He is captain of the NGP Team — Never Give Up — and is passionate about team sports and literature — ranging from management classics, through personal development, to fiction.
