« back...How to Spot Business Fraud? The SAN Business Council at the Industry of the Future Conference

To effectively prepare students for the realities of the job market, a university must be present where the most important discussions about the economy take place. That is why representatives of the Business Council of the SAN University regularly collaborate with the Łódź Regional Council for the Industry of the Future.

The recent roundtable discussion in Bełchatów was an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce, and the academic community to exchange experiences. We focused on an absolutely crucial aspect of doing business today: transaction security.

Practical, first-hand knowledge

Our representatives participated in a specialized training session led by an expert from the National Institute of Economic Law. The session focused directly on vetting business partners and identifying financial manipulation techniques.

We immediately translate the insights from this meeting into benefits for SAN students. We focus on:

Incorporating analyses of real-life cases of economic fraud (so-called case studies) into our curricula.

Teaching students techniques for verifying the credibility of business partners.

Developing skills for effective financial risk management.

Collaboration between academia and leading business associations allows us to keep our knowledge up to date. As a result, SAN graduates are able not only to build a business but also to effectively protect it from market risks.
