A manager, strategist and expert in process optimisation, combining business experience with academic and social engagement. He has many years of experience in the corporate sector, spanning the telecommunications and industrial sectors, as well as higher education and healthcare.
As a patient rights advocate, he actively works to raise standards of quality, efficiency and communication within the healthcare system, focusing on patients’ real needs and modern organisational solutions.
He serves as Director of the Office for Cooperation with the Socio-Economic Environment at the SAN University in Łódź, Secretary of the Institute of National Security, Secretary of the SAN Business Council in the Łódź Province, and a member of the Institute of National Security. He is an academic lecturer and organiser of numerous seminars and scientific conferences, where he shares his knowledge in the fields of management, transformation and cross-sectoral cooperation.
He actively contributes to the region’s development as a board member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Bełchatów, Vice-Chair of the Social Council of Entrepreneurs, and a member of the team for the just transition of the Bełchatów region.
A socially engaged leader and initiator of numerous prevention campaigns. In his work, he consistently combines business, academic and social perspectives, building lasting relationships and real value for the community.
