For curricula to truly meet the needs of the market, university administrators must maintain close ties with the real business world. The 6th Radomsko Entrepreneurship Forum provided an excellent opportunity to exchange such experiences. It brought together key local government officials, business owners, and market experts.
Representatives of the Business Council of the Social Academy of Sciences participated with one main goal: to identify new economic challenges and implement solutions directly into our syllabi.

During the event, we paid particular attention to presentations by experts, including Dariusz Nowak, M.A., and Dr. Marek Podgórski. The discussions centered on topics that are extremely important today:
- Identifying and neutralizing threats in modern companies.
- Practical management of operational and financial risk.
- Building corporate security in times of economic uncertainty.
What does this mean for our students?
The insights gathered during the Forum don’t just get shelved. They will help our Business Council immediately update our degree programs. As a result, the knowledge gained from lectures and informal discussions is translated into practical workshops. Our graduates leave the university prepared to thrive in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
