« back...Your thesis in a real-world business setting. How does the SAN Business Council support career launches?

December 2022 | Warsaw

The start of a professional career often involves a clash between theory and employers’ expectations. At the SAN University, we successfully address this issue. The December meeting of our Business Council, which brings together representatives from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector as well as large corporations, yielded clear commitments. Instead of theorizing, we focus on a lively exchange of experiences and direct contact between the younger generation and the market.

The administration of the School of Management and Security, in collaboration with the Council, has developed specific models of cooperation that provide our students with tangible benefits:

Theses that solve real-world business problems
The best recommendations and solutions developed by students as part of their bachelor’s and master’s theses are evaluated for practical implementation at member companies of the Business Council.

A guaranteed head start in recruitment
Thanks to ongoing consultation with the job market, our curricula address the most current economic challenges. This ensures that SAN graduates possess the knowledge and skills sought by recruiters, giving them an edge over candidates from other universities.

Internships and meetings with experts
Companies affiliated with the Council offer dedicated internship programs for our students. We have also planned a series of direct thematic meetings during which students will be able to learn from experienced business leaders.

Thanks to this close collaboration, education at SAN seamlessly transitions into real-world practice, and our students build a professional network even before they graduate.
