« back...“AI in healthcare” lectures
The Collegium Medicum of the SAN University in Łódź hosted lectures on artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and new technologies in healthcare.
The first lecture was given by Alberto Cavazza, MA, a PhD student in healthcare and sustainable development at the University of Milan–Bicocca and a visiting student at the Department of Management of the SAN University in Łódź. The lecture focused on the role of AI and knowledge management in healthcare as key tools supporting the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the development of more effective and human-centered healthcare systems.
The second lecture was given by Prof. Francesca Dal Mas, Associate Professor of Strategic Management Accounting at Ca' Foscari University of Venice and researcher at Collegium Medicum SAN. The presentation focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in medicine and surgery, ethical challenges, and the need to adapt clinical competencies and medical education to contemporary technological realities, with an emphasis on a human-centered approach.
