« back...Prof. dr Nedyalka Alexandrova visits SAN

From 8-12 December, our university will be hosting Dr. Nedyalka Alexandrova z Varna University of Economics in Bulgaria as part of the Erasmus+ mobility programme. Dr. Alexandrova will conduct a class on ‘Managing Conflicts with Clients and Online Communities’, to which Management students are all invited.

Nedyalka Alexandrova, PhD, is a lecturer in Economic analysis and International business in the International Economic Relations Department at the University of Economics - Varna, Bulgaria. As a certified mediator, she is interested in conflict resolution in international business and integrates mediation techniques into student training.

During the class participants will learn how to apply active listening and neutral language in online interactions, de-escalate tense conversations on social media, turn customer complaints into opportunities and manage community conflicts without damaging brand reputation.

The lecture will be held in English at 16.45 on 11 December (Thursday) in lecture room no. 408 at the University of Social Sciences Department in Warsaw (11 Łucka Street).
