« back...Recruitment for Erasmus+ BIP: ‘Promoting Equity and Inclusive Practices’ for Psychology students

The Department of International Relations and Projects announces the recruitment for the Blended Intensive Programme ) Promoting Equity and Inclusive Practices, Supporting Multiculturalism and Social Diversity in HEI organised within the Erasmus+ programme by Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Rumunia.

The students of Psychology who completed their first year of study, speaking English at a minimum B2 level, are invited to participate. The BIP consists of the physical mobility in the period 9-13 February 2026 and an online component on 2-6 February 2026.

The program focuses on reflecting upon the institutional and individual actions that can be applied to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the educational contexts within HEI. Outcomes of the workshop acquisition include familiarization with self-development values, development of the capacity to solve personal and professional tasks in regard to diverse communication needs, opportunities and abilities of individuals, authenticity, reflexivity, and the ability to take responsibility, relations in the process of implementation.

Available Erasmus+ funding amounts from 862 euro to 1.070 euro!
