« back...Recruitment for the BIP programme ‘Leadership and Critical Thinking’  at Turiba University 

The Department of International Relations and Projects announces the recruitment for the Blended Intensive Programme Leadership and Critical Thinking organised within the Erasmus+ programme by Turiba University in Riga, Latvia.

The students of Management who completed their first year of study, speaking English at a minimum B2 level, are invited to participate. The BIP consists of a physical mobility in the period 18-22 May 2026 and an online component on 22.04, 29.04 and 6.05.

During this BIP course, students will explore the essence of leadership and develop critical thinking skills essential for decision-making in complex environments. The course combines theoretical perspectives with practical exercises that strengthen students’ ability to analyse problems, evaluate alternatives, and lead teams effectively in dynamic and multicultural contexts.

Available Erasmus+ funding amounts from 862 euro to 1.070 euro!
