« back...Recruitment for the Erasmus+ BIP programme: Empowered Leadership in Romania – applications until 30 October 2025.

The Department of International Relations and Projects announces the recruitment for the Blended Intensive Programme Empowered Leadership: Managing People and Business Skills organised within the Erasmus+ programme by Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

The students of Management, Tourism, Finance and Law who completed their first year of study, speaking English at a minimum B2 level, are invited to participate. The BIP consists of a physical mobility in the period 16-20 March 2026 and an online component on 11-12 March 2026.

The program emphasizes HRM practices enabling participants to understand how to attract, develop and retain diverse workforce in a global business environment. Through workshops, case studies and practical projects, students will gain an in-depth understanding of effective HRM strategies and how to apply leadership principles to drive organizational success.

Available Erasmus+ funding amounts from 862 euro to 1.070 euro!
