« back...The SAN University has collaborated with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

“And we, Poles, have helping in our genes” – this is the slogan of the 34th edition of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. As usual, the SAN University actively participated in the finale of the campaign, confirming its commitment to social and charitable initiatives.

Students of the SAN participated with great enthusiasm in the activities organised for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Donations were collected for the orchestra's collection boxes, and prizes were donated for the charity lottery. The university also made a significant contribution by donating promotional gadgets, electronic equipment, and unique publications – "Good Bajki pomagajki" (Good Fairy Tales that Help). This collection of therapeutic fairy tales, authored by Marina Hulia, SAN's Intercultural Coordinator, employs the narrative technique to introduce children to challenging and intricate subjects such as disability, refugeeism, and xenophobia. The tales are characterised by their accessible nature and empathetic approach, facilitating a deeper understanding of these complex themes.

Representing SAN University, Mr. Mirosław Olszewski (Director of the Office for Cooperation with the Social and Economic Environment of SAN) formally presented the gifts to Mr. Piotr Warchlewski (representative of one of the WOŚP teams).

The participation of the SAN in the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is an illustration of the University's commitment to social responsibility. In addition to its mission of educating future specialists, the University also actively promotes initiatives that contribute to the common good, solidarity, and social sensitivity.
